How to brew delicious coffee

Recipe
Coffee beans: 15g (medium to medium-fine grind)
Hot water: 240g (93℃)
*Pour 50g - 70g - 60g - 60g every 30 seconds (15 seconds each)
Time: 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes
What to use
15g coffee beans (medium to fine grind)
240g hot water (93℃)
Hario V60 (cone-shaped dripper)
Paper filter kettle (with water temperature adjustment function)
Server scale (with timer)
How to brew
- Warm the server and dripper in boiling water and set the paper filter in place.
- Discard the hot water from the dripper and put the ground coffee beans into the dripper.
Shake the dripper gently to evenly distribute the coffee grounds.

Pour 50g of hot water over 15 seconds.
Gently apply it to the surface, rotating it around.

Pour 70g of hot water over 15 seconds.

Pour 60g of hot water over 15 seconds.

Pour 60g of hot water over 15 seconds.
Draw a slightly larger circle to scrape off any powder that has built up around the edges.

Between 2:30 and 3:00 <br> Remove the dripper once all the coffee has been dripped.
- Turn the dripper to mix thoroughly and it's done.
