How to brew delicious coffee

Coffee beans: 16g (medium to medium-fine grind)
Hot water: 250g (93℃)
Time: 2 minutes 20 seconds

What to use

Coffee beans 1 6g (medium to medium-fine grind)
250g hot water (93℃)
AeroPress
Dedicated filter kettle (with water temperature adjustment function)
Server scale (with timer)
Stirring paddle

How to brew

  1. Place the dedicated filter on the cap and attach it to the chamber.

  2. Place the chamber on the server and blanch to heat.

  3. Insert the plunger and gently press it down to expel any water from the filter.

  4. Discard the water, remove the plunger and add the ground coffee beans.
    Gently shake the chamber to evenly distribute the coffee grounds.

  5. 0:00 (timer starts)
    Pour 250g of hot water over 1 minute and 15 seconds.
    While slowly rotating the chamber, pour hot water gently and steadily into the center of the powder.

  6. 1:10
    Use a paddle to gently stir 5 times.
    Imagine sinking the layer of powder on the surface.

  7. 1:20
    Insert the plunger and press for 1 minute.
    Be aware of pressing with consistent strength and speed

  8. 2:20
    When you hear the sound of air, the press is finished. Stir the coffee thoroughly to finish.
