[STEPS]
① Run the server and dripper through boiling water to warm them up. After running through the water, set the paper. Transfer the boiling water into the kettle to bring it to the right temperature. It is convenient to prepare a little extra hot water so that you can use it for running through the water as well.
② Place the ground coffee beans in the dripper and smooth them evenly. Lift the dripper and gently shake it from side to side to smooth them evenly. The finer the coffee powder, the firmer the result will be, and the coarser the powder, the cleaner the finish will be.
③ Pour in the hot water. Using the time and amount of water indicated as a guide, gently pour the hot water onto the surface, moving from the edge towards the center as you brew. It's OK when the water finishes pouring in the center. When you pour the last bit of water, pour off any coffee grounds that are stuck to the edge of the paper.
④ Once all the coffee has dripped out, it's done! Once all the liquid has dripped into the server, remove the dripper, turn the server to mix thoroughly, and then pour into a warm cup to enjoy.
